Maison Balloon NYC offers local delivery throughout select areas of Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.

DELIVERY AREAS

Delivery availability is determined by ZIP code and will be shown at checkout. If your address is outside our delivery area, delivery will not be available.

ORDER PREPARATION

All balloon arrangements are prepared to order.

To allow time for preparation and delivery scheduling, orders must be placed at least 4 hours before the requested delivery window.

For weekends, holidays, and special occasions, we recommend ordering in advance as availability may be limited.

DELIVERY WINDOWS

Available delivery windows are shown during checkout.

While we make every effort to deliver within the selected window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as traffic, weather, building access requirements, or other unforeseen delays.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 2:00 PM and at least 4 hours before the requested delivery window.

Availability is limited and subject to capacity.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

RECIPIENT AVAILABILITY

Please ensure that the recipient is available during the selected delivery window.

If we are unable to complete the delivery, we will attempt to contact the recipient or customer using the information provided at checkout. Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Maison Balloon NYC is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, traffic conditions, building security procedures, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.
